downloading Flash video

I'm trying to download a Flash video from a website. I looked through my cache and it didn't show up. I tried using the Sothink Flash Downloader and it didn't work. Any advice? I looked around the internet, to no avail...

I'm using a Mac and Firefox.

i have this installed on Firefox. it doesn't work. does it work for you? im guessing this website is one of the few on the web now that can hide its content from being downloaded like Vevo on YouTube. only a matter of time before it gets hacked tho. maybe on next download helpers update.

Another option is to use Safari- open the Activity window, and look for the video there, then double-click it to save it.
