Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

I thought the third and fifth movies were good, but this one beats them both. It certainly looks the best and feels the most cohesive of all the films in the series. Shots are beautifully composed. Scenes are refreshingly devoid of fat, without making the proceedings feel rushed. Strong elements of suspense, drama, and a surprising amount of humour. I'm very glad that David Yates is directing the last two installments (the last book is being split into two movies).
