sign I saw

The text is small and blurry, so I've transcribed it for your convenience:
"While working at St. Clair Station, Robert noticed a man lying on the floor, noticeably injured. He asked a female patron to remain with the man while he notified TTC authorities. He returned to the injured man and remained with him until help arrived."
This sign annoys me because:
1. Wow! So this guy has the basic decency of getting help when someone's injured? Thank goodness for the TTC!
2. Why point out that the patron was female?
3. Robert knows the way to "Kindness Street"? Really? You couldn't think of anything less corny?
