Well have I got news for you. Where to start?

Tonight at work I saw someone whom I'd seen three different times in the last few weeks. From the first time I was hooked. Lately I've been working towards coming out more actively. Tonight I waited outside the theatre for him to come out of his movie. When he did, I spoke to him. It was extremely awkward. It went something like this:

"Excuse me. Um. I'd like to talk to you."
"What about?"
- lots of hesitation here on my part, then:
"I'd like to get to know you."

He was very surprised and didn't know what to say. I somehow got out, "Could we walk?"
That's when the miracle happened. He agreed.
It was around ten to eleven p.m., I'd say.

So we start walking and he's still puzzled and asks me questions. He wondered why I picked him and I told him it was because I noticed him, because I felt an attraction. I enjoyed telling him that. I'm still just as attracted to him. His name is Ron. We exchanged phone numbers. I shook his hand when we parted. He asked if he could hug me. There was nothing I wanted more. I said yes. He hugged me tight, pressing his whole body against me, including his face. Of course I was hugging back. I realized after that we were right in front of the Pizza Hut window, and I realized that I was too happy to care. I don't know if I've ever been this happy. The whole thing is a miracle.
